Howard G. Butler Named Florida Super Lawyer 2011
Jacksonville - Orlando, FL - January 1, 2011 - The Butler Law Group a civil trial and
entertainment law firm, is pleased to announce that for the fifth year Howard G.
Butler, Esq. has been named a "Florida Super Lawyer 2011" in the areas of Personal
Injury and Sports and Entertainment by Super Lawyers Magazine. Florida Super
Lawyers identified the top five percent of the lawyers in Florida based on a survey
and research conducted by Law & Politics. Mr. Butler was first listed in Super Lawyers
in 2006.
Super Lawyers are nominated annually in each participating state or region by all
active lawyers who have been in practice for five years or more. Ballots were mailed
to more than 44,000 lawyers in Florida, who were asked to select the "best lawyers
they've personally observed in action." All candidates are evaluated on 12 indicators
of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of the total
lawyers in Florida are selected as Florida Super Lawyers.

About Movie: "Ruby McCollum" is based off the 1956 bestselling book "Ruby
McCollum: Woman in Suwannee County Jail," by award winning author William
Bradford Huie. This is the sensational story of the 1952 murder of a prominent white
doctor/senator-elect, by a wealthy black woman who was the mother of his youngest
daughter. Ruby, denied her First Amendment rights, was railroaded into silence,
resulting in her being the first black woman to be sentenced to die in the electric
chair. A shocking story of greed, deceit, and racial inequity that paved the way for the
Civil Rights Movement.
